Purchase tickets to upcoming shows

Tickets for shows at The Events Centre are sold through our Box Office. Tickets are available for purchase online, by phone on (07) 5491 4240 or in person at 20 Minchinton Street, Caloundra.

Yes. When purchasing tickets online you will be offered available seats to choose from.

Any child aged 2 and over will require a ticket unless specified otherwise.

Contact the Box Office on (07) 5491 4240 and explain what has happened. They will be able to arrange a lost ticket voucher for you to pick up on the day of the performance at the Ticketing Office.

Yes, however it is recommended that you pre purchase your tickets so you don’t miss out! Alternatively the Box Office will be open 1 hour prior to the show for the sale of tickets.

No, The Events Centre policy does not allow any refund or exchanges once tickets have been purchased. If you have an issue purchasing tickets please contact our Box Office on (07) 5491 4240.

It is advised that you be at The Events Centre a minimum of 45 minutes before your performance begins. This gives you time to find a car spot and make yourself comfortable before the show begins.

The Events Centre, Caloundra is located at 20 Minchinton Street, Caloundra, Queensland.

The Events Centre has free car parking space available in the venue’s car park (accessible via Nutley Street). Please note these car spaces are very limited. There is also on street parking available in the surrounding streets of The Events Centre.

The Event Centre foyers and café/bars open one hour prior to each performance.

Upon arrival our ushers in the foyer will be able to point you in the direction of your door. When you arrive at your door an usher will then show you to your seat.

Yes, The Events Centre now has individual Hearing Assistance FM Units. One style of belt–pack (24 available), utilises a personal neck loop to be worn in conjunction with hearing aids. The wearer will ‘hear’ VIA the T SWITCH, activated on the hearing aid. There are also 24 headsets available for people who don’t wear hearing aids, but may require a boost to their hearing to get the most out of any particular show.

A request for one of these packs can be noted when bookings are made, guaranteeing availability and ensuring a quality theatre or concert experience is offered to Hearing Impaired patrons.

No, The Events Centre does not have an ATM. EFTPOS is available in the box office and bar.

Prams are not permitted into the theatre at any time.

A booster seat or cushion may be used for small children providing the use of such item does not interfere with any other patrons viewing experience.

Yes, the disabled toilet doubles as a baby change room. There is a change bed located on the wall.

Yes, The Events Centre has full wheelchair access and disabled toilets are available. Wheelchair access is via front of building on Minchinton Street. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.

No, cameras or video recording devices are not permitted to be used in the theatre. This includes the used of mobile phone cameras.

There will be snacks and beverages available for purchase before the show and during the interval from our Stage Door Bar & Café or other nominated places.

A vending machine is available that sells water or alternatively you can buy water from the Stage Door Bar and Café when it is open.

No food is permitted in the theatre. Beverages are allowed provided that they are in a plastic cup with a lid. No alcohol is permitted in the theatre.
