Request a Refund

Your refund will be returned to the account you used to purchase the tickets. If we need more information from you to process your refund we will contact you via phone or email.

It can take up to 2 weeks for the money to appear in your account.

Include the date and time of your event
If the tickets are not in the same name as the details above, make sure you include the booking information so we can find your booking.
