We are so excited to be opening our doors once again, but in order to do this safely we all need to follow The Events Centre Covid Safe Venue Guide.
If patrons do not comply with protocols, or authorised requests, they may be asked to leave immediately without refund or further recourse
. All events at The Events Centre are required to follow Queensland Government Stage 3 Covid Guidelines and the approved Covid Safe Industry Plan.

buy together, to sit togther
Tickets will be sold in group allocations. We cannot seat you together at a later date. There is ONLY allocated seating, you are not allowed to switch seats on arrival
maintain social distancing
Keep 1.5 metres away from others where possible, including when arriving at the venue and queuing at the bar.
We are encouraging a low touch policy. Please use cashless payment where possible at the centre.
have your ticket ready
There will be no box office collect.
All tickets will be emailed to the ticket purchaser 24hrs prior to each performance.
Have your print at home ticket ready, available on your phone or printed out, with the seat number clearly visible.
stay in seat
There is no general admission. You must stay in your allocated seat.
follow instructions from venue staff
All of The Events Centre have been covid safe trained. To be able to bring provide shows in the future please listen our fabulous staff members.
