I need to use a walker for ambulation and although you have disabled car parking spaces there is no lift access to the centre. It must stop disabled people from using your centre and I find it discriminatory towards disabled people. There are only two disabled car parking places on the street and they get taken quickly. I would appeal to you to put in a lift.
Thank you. I think your comment is very relevant. I used to enjoy “Morning Melodies” all the time and went to several other shows but can no longer get up the stairs so I no longer go to anything.
Looks good looking forward to coming in 2019
Looking great.
New seating????
Looks very good. All well worth doing.
Looks great is there parking underneath plz make lots of disabled spots near the new lift .
How wonderful! Looking forward to coming along in April next year to see the Ten Tenors in a venue with undercover drop off, lots of disabled parking and a much needed lift. Sounds like Brisbane will be further down on my entertainment list; saves a lot of driving for my hubby and also great for the Sunshine Coast.
Great news re the lift from the car park for us oldies with wheelchairs, bad hips and knees etc.
Love the venue, and appreciate the interior redo in the foyer and in the theatres.
Looking forward to a great 2019.
Hopefully the seating in the foyer will be more accommodating for those that have disabilities. We have been to a few shows at the centre over the last couple of years and those with me can’t get out of the seating you have there at present.
I also agree with many of the previous comments about parking for the disabled. There needs to be more and better accessible
Love your centre and looking forward to next year and the renovations.
Delighted to hear about the planned updates!
Seems your survey some time ago has clearly identified areas which were not adequate for all of the patrons’ needs.
Love the idea of the new covered area for coffee etc.
Looking forward to the new experience!
