The Events Centre, Caloundra is the largest performing arts and conference venue on the Sunshine Coast, perfect for conferences and events which require a flexible venue with personalised event management.
The Centre offers multiple conference and plenary areas, meeting rooms, two theatres and versatile open spaces to accommodate small meetings through to large gala dinners for up to 400 people. The expansive flat floor space of the venue provides the ideal space for trade shows and exhibitions with a large foyer area for registration, an on-site catering team and in-house technical team.
The Kings Theatre is a large flexible space that caters to a wide variety of events from conferences, workshops and trade shows to performing arts events or gala dinners. Flat floor and tiered seating is available for performing arts events seating up to 815 people. The large stage with proscenium arch is perfect for guest speakers, bands and shows with provision for stunning special effects and a flair for theatrical design, made possible through an in-house technical services department offering the best in sound, lighting and projection equipment.

Located next the Kings Theatre, The Glasshouse is the perfect area for pre-dinner drinks or extended space to accompany the live performance in the Kings Theatre. Beautiful polished timber flooring, timber ceiling and natural light brings this space to life, along with a built-in bar, LED mood lighting and lighting/AV trusses. The theming possibilities are endless. The walls between The Glasshouse, Reef Room and Kings Theatre can be opened to create a large space of 1432m².
