We are seeking a customer-centric person for the position of Ticketing Coordinator.
This role is suited to someone who loves people, loves the performing arts and has great attention to detail.

The Role
The Ticketing Coordinator is responsible for our high-performing ticketing service. This includes supervision of the box office team to ensure we continue to provide great service to patrons of the Centre and the many promoters and producers who sell their tickets through us. This role is responsible for sales and event reconciliations, optimising the use of our ticketing system, Vivaticket/Enta. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent time management, and communication skills.
