The health and safety of patrons, artists and staff is our priority at The Events Centre. With this in mind, we strongly suggest that face masks are worn at all times when visiting the Centre.
This includes foyer, bar and café areas, as well as when seated in the theatre and for the duration of the show. We ask that you bring your own mask with you to the theatre.
The Events Centre is operating at 100% under Queensland Government health directives, please be aware that there may be patrons occupying the seats directly beside, behind and in front of you during a performance.
Nothing is more important than the health and safety of all that visit our theatres. We ask that you respect our Covid Safety Guidelines, follow the direction of staff and do not visit the Centre if you are feeling unwell.

The Events Centre is now at 100% capacity in the theatre. There will be patrons occupying seats directly next to, behind and in front of you.
Keep 1.5 metres apart from others where possible. This includes all foyer areas, bar and café areas, in bathrooms and when queuing.
We are encouraging a low touch policy. Please use cashless payment where possible at the centre.
Have your ticket ready and visible as staff will be keeping a safe distance and not touching tickets or phones.
There is no general admission. You must stay in your allocated seat throughout the performance and minimise movement as much as possible.
To ensure the safety of all patrons, follow the direction of venue staff at all times.
Venue staff conduct hourly cleaning of high frequency touchpoints during events.
All seats, handrails and high touchpoints are sanitised after every performance.
