The Events Centre (TEC) is committed to providing enriching, educational and entertaining performances for school students of all ages on the Sunshine Coast. Introducing children to the performing arts can increase creativity, boost self-esteem, improve mental health and develop empathy. If your school is interested in seeing one of our many productions to complement and amplify your students learning, group bookings can be made for groups of 10 people or more.
Making a school group booking is easy. Simply complete the Group Booking Online Form or contact our Box Office on (07) 5491 4240.
School Group Booking Process
1. Complete the online form or contact the Box Office on (07) 5491 4240 to reserve your groups seats. Please allow 3 business days for your booking request to be processed.
2. To secure your booking, TEC requires a 10% non-refundable deposit for school group bookings. The deposit invoice will be due within 14 days of issue.
3. The final invoice is due 6 weeks prior to the performance and it will be issued once the 10% deposit is paid. All amendments to final numbers must be made in writing by the due date. If the final payment is not received by the due date, we will unfortunately have to release your seats.
4. Your tickets will be ready for collection from The Events Centre Box Office upon arrival, on the day of the performance.
