About the Role
We’re seeking a full-time Planning and Events Supervisor to join our dynamic Event Operations Department. This is a dual-focused position, with your week split between event planning and on-the-floor event supervision. From behind-the-scenes planning through to live event execution, you’ll play a key role in ensuring events are delivered to the highest standard, all while supporting the team and enhancing the client and patron experience.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a flair for customer service, and a passion for delivering events that run smoothly and exceed expectations.

As a volunteer you can become a front of house usher, help with food and beverage services, lend a hand as a meet and greet team member or immerse yourself in the fine arts from world-class music and arts performances to local productions, school performances, graduations, conferences and more.
