We’re currently looking for friendly, reliable Ticketing Attendants to join our Box Office and Theatre Hire team on a casual basis.
About the role
As a Ticketing Attendant, you’ll be one of the first faces (and voices) our patrons meet. You’ll help customers book tickets, answer questions, solve problems and feel welcome from the moment they connect with us.
Based at the Box Office and Reception, this role is a great fit for someone who loves customer service, enjoys a busy environment and is happy juggling a mix of people, systems and numbers – all while events are happening around you.

Our business is event‑driven, which requires flexibility in your availability to work both day and evening shifts. Although not every weekend has events, providing Weekend availability is also essential for this role.

As a volunteer you can become a front of house usher, help with food and beverage services, lend a hand as a meet and greet team member or immerse yourself in the fine arts from world-class music and arts performances to local productions, school performances, graduations, conferences and more.
