From 17 December 2021 new Queensland Government Public Health measures will come into effect meaning only fully vaccinated (16 + years) or medically exempt patrons, staff, artists and crew will be allowed to enter The Events Centre. This measure is being introduced with the health and safety of our patrons in mind.

There is currently no end date on the vaccination requirement, however if this does change prior to the date of your performance all event information will be updated on our website and we will be in touch with all ticketholders.

  • Upload your vaccination certificate or medical exemption to the Check In Qld app
  • Unvaccinated children under 16 years may still attend The Events Centre but must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult

Follow the step-by-step instructions from QLD Health to download the app and upload your Covid Vaccination Certificate: https://www.covid19.qld.gov.au/check-in-qld/digital-vaccination-certificate

  • If you have not received a Covid-19 vaccination, and are not planning to be double-vaccinated prior to your event, you will not be able to attend and The Events Centre will refund your tickets.
  • As QLD Health restrictions change regularly, please wait for further information regarding future events in 2022. We will contact all patrons directly 2 weeks out from each event. If you are impacted by QLD Health restrictions at the time of the event, and purchased your tickets prior to Wednesday 1 December 2021, we will process your refund. Follow the instructions provided in our direct communications.
